Vegas Nights Fundraiser
Please join us for our annual fall fundraiser and support a great cause—our school and PTO!
Presale tickets are $50 through 10/8. Tickets are $55 after 10/8. Purchase tickets here.
There will be a silent auction, casino games, lawn games, and even a special guest photo bomber! A starter pack of casino chips is included and of course, additional chips are available for purchase.
Vegas costumes and attire is encouraged and appreciated. Dinner will be buffet style with a cash bar for drinks.
Winnings from casino games will not be taken home
Grown-Ups Night #2
Please join us for the second Grown-Ups Night of the year. Grown-up nights are meant to bring Excel community members together in a casual, fun environment so parents, families, and staff can get to know each other a little better.

Whether you are elated or deflated that you child is starting school, come join us to commemorate the first day of school at Excel and your first day without them! Meet new families, and connect with parents! Drop your students off and then head over to the shade tent by Michael Northey Park (just to the East of the school).

Winter Carnival
Bring the family and join us for a craft and entrepreneurship carnival extravaganza! Come support the Middle School students as they raise money for their school trips, and help your students create those perfect handmade gifts for Mother's/Father's/Grandparents Days. We are still looking for volunteers to assist in craft rooms, help run carnival games, and run the prize table! Please contact Laura Anderson at ecc@excelpto.org.
The Spring Carnival date could shift if required by local health conditions.
Thankful Hands
Celebrating the Thankful time of year with an art project called Thankful Hands to decorate our Gobble Gobble Turkey.
